1. Using this site
The site is provided free of charge for personal, educational and general informational use. You do not need to register or pay. You agree not to use it unlawfully, to interfere with how the site works, or to copy and redistribute its code, guides or design without permission.
2. What the results can and cannot tell you
The checker reads the text of your resume and points out common problems. It is not any employer's applicant tracking system, it does not give an "ATS score", and it cannot predict interviews or job offers. Each employer's software reads files in its own way, so treat the results as an indication, not a guarantee.
The country pages describe what employers commonly expect. These are conventions, not official rules, and sources sometimes disagree. Check the job post and the official source for the application before you rely on them. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for employment, immigration, legal or financial decisions.
3. Your resume and your responsibility
You keep ownership of everything you enter. It is processed in your browser and is not sent to us (see the privacy policy). The converter can remove, reorder or rename parts of your text and can draft short lines in [brackets] for you to complete. Read the result before you send it. You are responsible for the accuracy and honesty of what you submit to an employer, including every skill or result you choose to add.
4. Templates and downloads
You may use the templates and the files you create here for your own job applications. They are provided without any warranty that they suit a particular employer or country.
5. Intellectual property
The design, code, text and other assets of this site belong to the site operator or its rights holders. You may use the service, but you may not reproduce or redistribute its implementation without written permission. The PDF reading library used by the checker is open source and is used under its own licence, which is included with the site files.
6. Availability and warranties
We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or give identical results on every device or browser. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using, or being unable to use, the site. You are responsible for checking important details, such as dates and contact information, yourself.
8. Links to other sites
Links to outside sites are for convenience. We do not control or endorse them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
9. Changes and contact
